Eagle Handling Falconry Day for Two
An eagle in flight is incredibly beautiful - but since eagles' natural habitats tend to be very remote, it's also very rare. With this experience you'll have the chance to get up close and personal with this deadly predator, and see their majesty and power first hand. Your experience begins with a guided tour of the bird of prey centre, where you'll see the various eagles in residence and get the chance to learn all about them. Then you'll receive expert one-to-one instruction on how to handle a bird, and find out about how they are trained. After lunch, stride out into beautiful British countryside with your instructor, where you'll fly an eagle to the glove (in Yorkshire get the chance to fly more than one type of eagle). It's an amazing opportunity to see these dramatic birds up close and watch their spellbinding flight - and there can't be many thrills to match the experience of an eagle coming in to land on your glove.

Helicopter Sightseeing Tour of London
Helicopter flights over London are usually reserved for royalty - with this experience you too can enjoy a Queen's-eye view of the city! You'll board an EC120 or AS350 helicopter for a fantastic half hour sightseeing trip. If you've never been in a chopper before you'll be thrilled by the vertical take-off, and by the way your helicopter can travel backwards, sideways, or just hang motionless in midair. You'll follow the path of the Thames into the heart of the city - a perspective that most people only get to see on the EastEnders titles. Flying at 1,000 to 1,500 feet, you'll have a fantastic view of the capital's iconic landmarks, which may include the Millennium Dome, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace, before heading home to land. You'll get an amazing perspective on the geography of the city and the beauty of its landmarks - and whether you're tourists or Londoners born and bred, it will make you see the capital in a whole new way.

Canyoning for Eight
Rediscover your sense of adventure - and what it's like to be soaked to the skin! Canyoning is a truly all-round adventure experience, following a natural water course through a precipitous canyon. To start off with you'll have a safety briefing with your instructor and get kitted out with the right equipment. Then after a short walk to the top of the beautiful Allt' a Bhealaich Gorge, you'll follow the natural water course down through the gorge, descending waterfalls, sliding down natural water flumes, scrambling down gorges and jumping into deep, clear rock pools. In some sections you'll use harnesses and ropes to get down, all safely controlled by your instructor. This is a challenging, exciting and very physical experience and you might get a few bumps along the way, but there's a path running along the length of the canyon, so no part of the descent is compulsory - you can always take the path instead.
