Overnight Wine Tasting Break in The Country with Dinner for Two
You know you like wine, but you're not sure how to tell a good one from a bad. Is it corked? Is it a bad year? Which wine will impress your friends, Chateauneuf du Pape or Asti Spumante? Well, stop worrying. Wine should be a pleasure, not a dinner party anxiety, and with this experience you can learn to quaff with confidence. Our wine experts have hosted 1,400 tasting shows in 39 countries, so they know their stuff. They can help you differentiate good wines from bad, find fabulous bargains and avoid problem wines. Have fun tasting a variety of reds and whites, learn how to match them with food, then work in teams to identify wines in the blind tasting challenge. After your tasting, relax over dinner and then retire for the night (subject to availability you will be housed either in a room in the main house or in accommodation next to it). Wake up to a full English breakfast the following morning to round off your experience.

Team Endurance Go Karting for Ten
Competitive streaks at the ready. Karting isn't just for kids - it's how many Grand Prix champions start before moving on to fame and fortune. Whatever your racing ambitions, this experience is loads of fun. Novices and experts will all enjoy this fast and furious race event, where you'll compete in teams of five to drive the greatest number of continuous laps in the allotted time. Pit stops and driver changes keep everyone involved and add to the drama (good teamwork goes a long way to helping you win this event). Will you be able to work together as a team? Your experience starts with a safety briefing and then practice laps to make sure everyone is familiar with the karts and the circuit, then the endurance race begins. The winning team can take home prizes and a smug glow at the end of the session.

Exclusive Hot Air Balloon Flight for Two
Have you ever looked up to see a hot air balloon drifting silently overhead? With this experience it'll be you in the basket of the balloon, looking down. First you'll meet your pilot and get a flight safety briefing, before helping to prepare and inflate the balloon. Then you'll climb into the basket - just you two and your pilot - ready for launching. You'll fly at heights of up to 5,000 feet, enjoying 360 degree beautiful views as the countryside awakes, and the restful peace and quiet (except for when the propane burners are going, that is). Because the balloon moves with the wind, you'll feel no wind at all, just sheer enjoyment. After landing you can help the crew pack the balloon away, before a celebratory glass of champagne (or a soft drink). Then you'll be driven back to the launch site. You'll be presented with a commemorative flight certificate, and some centres also offer the chance to purchase an in-flight photo.

Bungee Jump
What's not to love about bungee? Climb 170 feet to the top of a crane, tie a bit of elastic round your ankles, and jump. Okay, it's a bit more sophisticated than that, but this is still an experience strictly for daredevils and adrenaline junkies. You'll start off being helped into the bungee harness (with thorough safety checks), before hopping in the crane lift and going up about 170 feet. Then after a few words of encouragement, and a few very deep breaths, it's 1... 2... 3... bungee! You'll plummet towards the ground (try to keep your eyes open!) before the bungee rope reaches its return point and you ping back skywards. After a few more bounces, you'll be gently lowered back to terra firma. All equipment and club membership are included, and if you want a video of yourself dangling upside down you can buy one for around £13.
