Indoor Double Bungee Jump
As if bungee jumping wasn't frightening enough, now there is The Abyss - the only commercial indoor bungee jump in the world. You're in semi-darkness with music pumping out of a wall of speakers, dry ice filling the air and seven huge projection screens showing your fellow jumpers in action. That's right - bungee jumping has gone rock'n'roll. Your experience begins when you climb 143 steps up the Face of Steel to the 150ft jump zone. You'll be helped into the bungee harness (with thorough safety checks) and you're ready to go. After a few words of encouragement, and a few very deep breaths, it's 1... 2... 3... bungee! You'll plummet towards the ground before the bungee rope reaches its return point and you ping back towards the rafters. After a few more bounces, you'll be lowered back to terra firma. Then after a breather, get back up there and do it all over again! All equipment and club membership are included, and you can buy a video of your jump on the day.

Honda Powerboating for Two
Been tied to the nine-to-five and longing to break free? Blow away those cobwebs with a vengeance in a powerboat experience round the south coast - it's wet, it's windy, and it's much more fun than going to the gym to let off steam we promise you. The Honda Formula 4-Stroke (HF4S) championship is the most exciting offshore powerboat series in the world - these boats are responsive, manoeuvrable and so fast that they fly over the surface. You'll start off with a safety briefing and an introduction to the boat, then it's time to get changed into your safety gear and racing team kit (a snap of which makes a great screensaver). You'll head out onto Southampton water with an expert driver, usually a current or veteran racer, who'll put the boat through her paces while you hang on tight. You get tuition in how to handle the boat, and then about 15 minutes hands-on driving (at the skipper's discretion). The boat operates within Southampton Water and, weather permitting, out onto the Solent.

Yacht Sailing Experience
Enjoy an adrenaline-packed day on the water in a top class J/109 proven performance racing yacht. These boating beauties ooze a very sleek profile but they are both stable and easy to sail. For the technical among you, they feature retractable bowsprit and asymmetric spinnaker systems and two-cabin interiors with standing headroom down below. They are designed with the horse power for competitive racing and stability for relaxed cruising - everything you want in a boat in fact! First you'll have tea, coffee and pastries, before getting kitted out in your yachting gear. Then it's time to head out onto the water with your skipper, who'll demonstrate the racing tactics and techniques you'll need. After a light lunch on board you'll put all your new found skills into practise with a series of short races. You'll be up against other boats, racing round buoys at sea - a fun and exciting challenge. At the end of the day the winning team will enjoy a race presentation.
