‘Index’ is the new chopping board categorisation system from kitchen accessory designers Joseph Joseph. In a neat ABS storage case that has a non-slip base, the four colour coded chopping boards have illustrated tabs labelling which board should be used for which food type (vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food). Food hygiene is imperative in the kitchen as we all know.
